We offer Free UK Shipping on our range of stock fabrics and cut lengths
up to 5 metres in length

Orders in excess of 5 metres in length may incur additional delivery charges.

Depending on the weight of the parcel your order may be shipped within the UK by
Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, HERMES

Delivery times may vary according to the carrier.

Overseas Customer are requested to email us to obtain estimated shipping costs to your country or region.

RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase.

Stock Tartans & Fabrics
Stock Fabrics are cut from a roll of cloth and are sold to you as a custom-produced order. Once your order has been processed through our workshops and the material has been cut it is not possible to cancel your order or request a refund.

Please check and inspect the fabric immediately upon delivery.
If the goods are received damaged then they should be signed for as such and we must be advised in writing immediately by email.

Cancelling an order ( Cut-Lengths only )
Should you wish to cancel an order you have 14 days from the day the item is received to let us know. Please advise us immediately by email if you intend returning your order. You then have 14 days to return the order to us. Items should be returned unused, uncut and undamaged. The cost of return carriage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a track and trace service and insuring your parcel for peace of mind. If goods are faulty or were sent out in error then the cost of return postage will be refunded. Please note that refunds are not available due to minor weaving flaws or variations. Minor Weave Faults
As part of the weaving process small faults may be present in a roll of fabric. We take all reasonable steps to minimise the number of faults present and where possible advise of any imperfections. We do not accept returns relating to the presence of minor imperfections or variations.

Where technical information such as Composition, Weight, Width, Classification, Designer, Care Instructions etc is not known or cannot be verified then this information will remain 'unstated'. Customers should take this into account when considering ordering material. All sizes provided are approximate. Every effort has been made to check the accuracy of the information contained within this web site.
